Refund policy

At Black Oak Emporium, every piece is selected with intention. If something arrives damaged or is not as described, we will make it right.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. To initiate a return, contact us at sales@blackoakemporium.com or (678) 829-9364 with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Items that show signs of use, are missing original packaging, or fall outside the return window are not eligible for return. Sale and limited-edition items are final sale.
